Lighthouse Federal Credit Union

Since our start in 1936, our focus has been building a brighter future with our members. Today, we’re building a whole new way of banking - where every dollar makes impact. Our services and banking tools help facilitate real structural change in our communities and help members build healthy finances. Whether it’s a project to help alleviate the housing crisis or to put funds toward community health, we’re making money work for the good. Every member, every dollar counts.

Our purpose-driven approach has earned recognition both locally and nationally. We’re proud to be the first credit union to receive a Webby Award, ranked #1 in New Hampshire on Forbes’ Best-in-State Credit Union list, named “Best Credit Union” by the Seacoast Community’s Choice Awards, and honored with a Diamond Award from America’s Credit Unions.

We invest in our team with competitive compensation, a flexible work environment, and a variety of benefits while providing plenty of opportunities to make a positive impact in the community. From the moment you join our team, we offer opportunities to make a difference by improving access to housing for every income, helping eliminate food insecurity, and supporting educational initiatives.

Together, we’re building a brighter future for all. Start making an impact today with a career at Lighthouse Credit Union.
