Complete documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and other required documentation. 7. Maintain confidential information pertaining to our consumers. Work Life Balance 1. 3-4 days off per week with our Block Schedules. 2. 36 and 48 hour work weeks (12-Hour Shifts) 3.
