Job Description
As a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver, you’ll safely transport customer and dealership vehicles between designated locations. You’ll represent Lewis with professionalism, communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, and help make each pick-up and delivery a positive experience.
What You’ll Do
• Pick up and deliver vehicles safely and on time.
• Provide friendly, courteous service when greeting customers and exchanging vehicles.
• Confirm pick-up and delivery instructions, locations, and vehicle information.
• Check for and report visible vehicle damage or concerns before transporting vehicles.
• Keep vehicle keys, paperwork, and customer information secure.
• Communicate delays, schedule changes, and vehicle concerns promptly.
• Follow traffic laws, safe driving practices, and dealership procedures.
• Assist with moving and organizing vehicles on dealership property.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and follow-through.
• Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions, plan routes, and use GPS navigation.
• Attention to detail and respect for customer property.
• Ability to safely operate different vehicle types and become familiar with their controls.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Previous driving, delivery, automotive, or customer service experience is helpful.
Pay
$14–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
