Job Function:
To run all assigned scheduled jobs as instructed and required according to the job description of "Platisol Operator".
Essential Functions:
- Receives routings, prints, and work orders for jobs from Platisol Group Leader.
- Molds all platisol PVC parts.
- Assist when requested to develop new parts/prototypes as required by customers. Establish exact process parameters, production capability and set up all new jobs and requirements when performing this task.
- Process Control are not to be changed unless approved by quality or production related Management.
- Provides quality assurance within the entire department at all times.
- Reduces the overall defective parts ratio and usage/scrap and waste within the department.
- Promotes superior personal conduct, attendance, appearance and attitude in order to set an example.
- Keeps equipment and departmental work area clean and orderly.
- Able to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly and material handling 55 gallon drums.
