The role ensures cleanliness, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. ** Key Responsibilities** Operate high-pressure water equipment to clean various surfaces and industrial machinery Conduct pre- and post-blast inspections to ensure cleanliness and structural Perform regular maintenance checks on hydroblasting equipment Follow strict safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations Document and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards Coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently Assist in setup and breakdown of hydroblasting equipment Work on both short-term and long-term projects, including emergency response deployments Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in operating high-pressure water systems Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues Excellent teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina for strenuous outdoor work Attention to detail in cleaning and inspection processes Knowledge of environmental regulations Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance Education High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Requirements A minimum of 0-3 months' experience operating high-pressure water equipment (preferred) Valid State Driver's License or State ID Training and Development Legacy Group Holdings provides onsite training with both classroom and hands-on instruction, allowing candidates to build skills from technician to operator and potentially run their own crews.
