What You'll Do
As a Finish Line Unloader, you'll play a key role in the final stages of our cabinet manufacturing process by ensuring finished components are handled carefully and prepared for assembly.
Responsibilities include:
- -Remove finished cabinet parts from the spray line and CEFLA finishing system
- -Inspect painted, stained, and glazed components for quality and finish defects
- -Load materials onto carts and transport them to the appropriate assembly area
- -Read work orders and production paperwork accurately
- -Document quality concerns and complete required reports
- -Safely operate air-powered tools and material-handling equipment
- -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- -Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- -High school diploma or GED preferred
- -Manufacturing or cabinetry experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
- -Ability to read a tape measure and production paperwork
- -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- -Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- -Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- -Strong teamwork and communication skills
- -Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- -Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
