Lee Contracting

Precision in the skilled trades. Power across the whole project.

LEE Contracting is a 100% employee-owned industrial contracting company serving manufacturers, municipalities, and plant operators - primarily across the Midwest and Southeast, with the capability to go where the work is. Whether you need one highly skilled trade deployed on a tight timeline or every trade coordinated under a single plan, we bring the right team to the job. That means our own crews when it's the best fit, and vetted strategic partners under our plan and our standards when that's the better call for you. Either way, one team owns the outcome. That's the Power of One. The standard behind it doesn't change with project scale. We work across plant expansions, equipment installs, shutdowns, and emergency repairs. Underground utility installation and water and wastewater infrastructure - including 150+ treatment plants built by our Midwest Power Systems team. Machine maintenance programs, emergency repair, shop rebuilds, and complete rig-out/reinstall service out of our Grand Blanc facility. Rigging, electrical, mechanical, pipefitting, concrete, fabrication, controls - in-house and held to one standard, regardless of project size. Founded in 1989. Employee-owned since 2015. Four locations across Michigan. The work gets done right the first time. That's not a promise. It's how we're built.
