Lower School Teacher Assistant
For over the past 30 years, Learning Community Charter School (LCCS) has been a school focused on fulfilling our mission: helping our students make a difference in their communities through what they learn at LCCS. Over the past 30 years, we created a dynamic culture and community focused on our core values of showing compassion, being accountable, and striving for growth. That means that we are a school where teacher voice and autonomy are not valued; they are essential to our success. Our students are kind, caring, and warm, and the moment you enter LCCS, you feel the joy of learning and building community. We are an Association of Middle Level Education School of Distinction due to our unique academic program, high academic performance, and student-centered culture and climate. We are the most diverse school in New Jersey in terms of faculty and student demographics, and we take pride in this fact. Come join our team; we are changing lives, changing our community, and the world through our important work.
