Lawn Maintenance Foreman (Junior Foreman through Senior Foreman)
$21 to $25 an hour (Junior Foreman $21–$22, Foreman $22–$23, Senior Foreman $23–$25). Near Bridgeville, in the South Hills. Full time, Monday through Friday, start around 7:30 a.m. Saturday only when rain pushes the week.
Lawnify is still small, and that is the point. The company is built to grow, and the people who come in now get to grow with it. You are not walking into a finished machine. You are helping build one, and the pay and the seat move up as the company does.
You run a crew. Outside work, steady days, a respectful group, no drama. Keep the day on time, the work clean, and the customer happy. Do that and there is a path past this seat: Junior Foreman → Foreman → Senior Foreman → Hand of Department Manager → Department Manager.
Health insurance is available in this role. Pay is weekly. You need a license, experience driving a trailer, and experience using machinery. You also need a medical examiner's certificate, and Lawnify can help you get one. You need a reliable way to the shop, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in heat, cold, and rain.
