CTL Lead Operator assumes the leadership role for the CTL line. He/ She is responsible for directing the CTL team member(s) with the correct set up and operation of equipment to cut material to customer specified dimensions while ensuring that safety, quality and production standards are met. Responsibilities: CTL Lead Operator must be knowledgeable of all functions from raw materials to finished goods is responsible for performing complete set up and operational tasks to ensure compliance with customer specifications and production requirements. Job Requirements: . High School diploma or equivalent . Must possess a good work ethic . Must wear proper PPE {safety glasses, steel toe shoes, long Kevlar sleeves, gloves) . Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, stoop, stretch . Team Player and positive attitude . Must be willing to learn . Ability to perform multiple tasks .
