Position Overview: The HR Programs & Systems Supervisor is an enterprise Human Resources position responsible for the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of key HR programs, technologies, systems, projects, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives. While physically based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, this position operates as part of the Corporate Human Resources function and supports company operations throughout Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, California, and Germany.
