Location: Bowling Green, Ohio Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person (Non-Remote, Non-Hybrid)
Kids Count Too, Inc. is a statewide foster care and adoption agency seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Caseworker to join our Bowling Green team. This position works directly with foster youth, foster families, and community partners to support safe, stable, and successful placements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required in Human Services Field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of child development and foster care best practices helpful
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Maintain required contact with foster youth and foster families
- Complete case documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Attend meetings involving children on assigned caseloads
- Participate in placement planning and support services
- Provide Independent Living services to eligible youth
- Attend foster parent trainings, agency events, and required trainings
- Participate in the agency's on-call rotation
- Collaborate with county agencies, schools, CASA/GAL representatives, and service providers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
