Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity responsible for managing full cycle recruitment across hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates across multiple disciplines
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offers, and preemployment requirements
- Support temporary staffing needs and coordinate with external staffing partners
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information within HR systems
- Track recruiting activity, staffing metrics, and hiring progress
- Identify potential hiring delays and communicate updates to key stakeholders
- Support additional HR and talent acquisition initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
- Experience recruiting both hourly production and professional or salaried positions
- Experience working with temporary staffing agencies
- Experience with applicant tracking or HR information systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
