Overview:
We are seeking an Icertis Configuration Analyst to support the configuration, testing, and ongoing implementation of an enterprise contract management solution. This role will work closely with functional SMEs, technical leads, and platform stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations and support successful deployment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in business applications, SaaS platforms, workflow systems, or other technical process-driven environments who is organized, technically curious, and able to learn new systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the configuration of the Icertis GovCon module, including contract types, metadata fields, templates, and form layouts
- Configure and maintain workflows, approval logic, user roles, security groups, clause libraries, and business rules
- Support configuration of compliance fields and validation logic
- Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and configuration workshops with functional and technical stakeholders
- Document configuration changes, key decisions, and testing procedures
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test scripts, documenting results, and assisting with issue identification
- Help maintain configuration consistency across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for system configuration issues
- Collaborate with functional SMEs, technical leads, and Icertis stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Follow established processes and escalate more complex technical or configuration issues when appropriate

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with business applications, workflow systems, SaaS platforms, or technical process-oriented environments
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and basic system configuration concepts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow structured processes and workflows
- Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both functional and technical teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
