Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Pick and Pack Worker to work at a leading local distribution center in Memphis, TN. Sound like something you’re interested in? Salary: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 7am-3:30pm. You will work a schedule based on the needs of the business, which includes at least one weekend day. You will have two consecutive days off each week (for example, you may work Tuesday through Saturday and be off Sunday and Monday). Specific shift assignments will be discussed during the interview process.

What’s a typical day as a Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be:
- Accurately picking items from inventory both physically and using warehouse management systems
- Reviewing waves and packing slips before processing orders
- Staging items for shipment, packing, sealing, and labeling orders to meet customer requirements
- Handling inventory and materials with care to ensure quality and accuracy
- Following company packing procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and work-safe guidelines
- Keeping your workspace clean, sanitary, and safe
- Using tools such as box cutters, scan guns, tape guns, tape dispensers, dunnage, and other warehousing/packing materials
- Identifying defective items and escalating concerns as needed
- Performing other warehouse duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment (preferred but not required)
- Are detail-oriented and able to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Are comfortable using warehouse tools and technology (scan guns, box cutters, etc.)
- Can stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout your shift
- Understand the importance of order accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction
