Location: 1200 Logistics Parkway, Rincon, GA 31326

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mandatory OT at 5 AM and on Saturdays as needed)

Position Overview:

Operate sit-down and/or clamp forklifts to move, stack, and count products in a fast-paced warehouse. Responsible for the safe and efficient handling of merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and handle merchandise storage and shipment
• Unload inbound shipments and relocate products
• Prepare and pick products to meet customer standards
• Accurately use RF scanners for inventory management
• Complete equipment inspections and report safety or inventory concerns
• Support physical inventories and cycle counts

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Minimum 3 months’ experience with forklifts/warehouse equipment
• Able to stand/walk 10–12 hours, regularly lift 50 lbs, and work in varying environments
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including mandatory OT
• Basic computer skills, Excel knowledge, attention to detail, customer service focus
• Ability to obtain NFI forklift certification

Additional Details:

• Forklift Testing: Mon–Wed, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Orientation: Thursdays at 8:00 AM (full shift after)
