Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Shift: M-F 6am-8pm, 10-hour shifts (flexible based on talent needs).
MUST work 1 weekend day per week!
MUST work 60 hrs/week every week (includes the weekend hours)!

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating plastic injection molding machines according to job-specific instructions
- Monitoring machine-made products to ensure quality standards are met
- Handling parts through processes including gauging, trimming, and assembly
- Documenting production records, including start-up scrap, production scrap, and downtime
- Performing visual inspections for defects during operation
- Executing secondary work/assemblies such as gauging, trimming, and inserting
- Maintaining housekeeping in your area, including sweeping and vacuuming
- Packaging and labeling products according to work instructions
- Escalating issues to supervisors or technicians as needed
- Collaborating respectfully with supervisors, technicians, and quality staff
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Can sit, stand, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods
- Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have full manual dexterity for secondary operations such as trimming and gauging
- Communicate clearly using verbal and written methods
- Comprehend written instructions
- Can work flexible hours, including one weekend day per week and overtime as required
- Are comfortable moving between workstations when needed
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety procedures
