What’s a typical day as Customer Service Specialist? You’ll be:
- Serving as the primary contact for customers and sales throughout the order fulfillment process
- Processing order requests from customers, Sales & Business Development, Custom Department, and technical support
- Reviewing purchase orders for payment and shipping terms according to business practices
- Managing inquiries in the order support inbox, including inventory checks, order status, shipment tracking, quote requests, and pricing inquiries
- Setting up and managing reserve orders, updating or canceling as needed, and reintegrating products into stock or obtaining purchase order extensions
- Answering all incoming calls (operator, customer service, sales support) and processing phone orders upon request
- Working with international customers to prepare import documentation, licensing, and ensure smooth shipments with minimal customs delays
- Performing other assigned job functions as needed

- Have experience handling international shipping and documentation (preferred)
