About Us
For 70 years, the Kelly-Moore Paint Company’s mission has been to provide high-quality products at a fair price with exceptional customer service. Our vision is to see our paint on every wall. Our values are integrity, service, and accountability - every day. We are proud of our achievements as a company. If you would like to be a part of a team of people who care about each other and the customer, join our team today.
Our Lead Salespersons are the go-to people on the store leadership team. Your scope includes customer service, eye matching, mixing our premium paints, inventory, scheduling, and coordinating and helping the store meet its objectives. You will routinely stand on a concrete floor for up to eight hours and operate tinting and shaking equipment. During the day, you may repeatedly lift up to seventy pounds, operate a fully loaded hand truck, and push, pull, and stretch. You’ll pitch in on light janitorial work and errands. You must be dependable, able to work a flexible schedule, and have reliable transportation. You’ll need solid communication and math skills and you must pass a pre-employment back fitness exam and drug testing.
