Position reports to the Platform Services Manager and works under his/her direction. Responsible for troubleshooting as well as ability to help define solutions to meet business needs, helping to provide technical oversight, planning, and implementation across multiple sites. One or more of following certifications required: CompTIA A+ ,CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate MCSA) Education And CredentialsHigh School Diploma or GED is required. Associates of Applied Science (AAS) in Computer Science or related field is required; in lieu of Associate degree 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
