DUTIES INCLUDE: . Assist in the management of cooking traditional Pakistani food items such as biryani, nehari, chicken tikka kabob, and karahi; . Train and evaluate employees and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service; . Resolve guest complaints; . Perform cash handling and deposit preparation; . Communicating with the owner; . Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations; and . Maintain restaurant licenses and compliance documentation.
