Professional Cleaner Full-Time

What You Can Expect
Your workdays will involve traveling to assigned properties and completing:
- Residential cleanings
- Commercial cleanings
- Vacation-rental turnovers
- Move-out cleanings
- Post-construction cleanings
You will clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, floors, fixtures, and other assigned spaces according to company-provided checklists and quality standards.
Depending on the size and requirements of each job, you may work independently or with one other cleaner. This is an active, physically demanding position for someone who enjoys staying on the move and can recognize both minor details and the overall cleanliness and presentation of a space.
Technology and Company Systems
Advanced technology skills are not required. However, you must be able to use our company app accurately and consistently. This includes:
- Reviewing job details and checklists
- Tracking your time accurately
- Uploading required photos and notes
- Communicating important job updates
- Following all company systems and expectations

Employees must have a valid drivers license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel between assigned jobs. Mileage traveled between assigned job locations is reimbursed according to company policy.
Uniform and Professional Appearance
Juneau Cleaning provides a company uniform. Employees are expected to wear the required uniform while working and maintain a clean, professional appearance at every job.
