Job Description
Associate, Architectural.
- Work under the supervision and guidance of the firm's licensed architect.
- Assist in conceptual and schematic design for architectural, interior, and urban planning projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations for review by the licensed architect.
- Prepare renderings, diagrams, presentation boards, and other design materials using AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Assist with coordination of project information among consultants, engineers, and other project team members.
- Assist in site analysis, project research, and documentation to support project development.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations under the supervision of senior design staff.
- Assist in preparing construction documents and reviewing shop drawings under supervision.
- Assist in reviewing project documents for compliance with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
REQ: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Design plus 3 months of experience in architecture.
