About the location:

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. SPA & WELLNESS COORDINATOR

Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Ko'ele is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.

The Spa & Wellness Coordinator supports the daily operations of the spa, wellness, and fitness facilities by coordinating reservations, wellness experiences, group bookings, and administrative functions. This role serves as a primary guest contact, ensuring seamless scheduling, personalized service, and exceptional guest experiences while promoting wellness offerings and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, organization, and professionalism. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate the daily administrative and operational functions of the Spa & Wellness department, including guest reservations, wellness programming, fitness schedules, group bookings, and interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members while maintaining departmental procedures, training materials, SOPs, and operational resources.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for spa, fitness, and wellness guests by providing personalized recommendations, coordinating appointments, and delivering exceptional service that reflects luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage group and special-event wellness bookings, coordinating itineraries, wellness experiences, billing requirements, activity schedules, and communication with Sales and Resort Operations teams.
• Monitor reservations, scheduling, and utilization of treatment rooms, Wellness Hales, fitness facilities, and wellness spaces to maximize efficiency, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest-facing wellness areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, functionality, and timely resolution of maintenance or housekeeping needs.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest profiles, operational reports, and booking data to support department planning and performance tracking.
• Assist with retail, professional product, and operational supply inventories by monitoring stock levels, coordinating orders, supporting inventory counts, and maintaining retail displays.
• Promote spa, wellness, fitness, and retail offerings through guest engagement and team education to enhance participation, revenue, and overall guest experience.
• Uphold Four Seasons service, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards while fostering a welcoming and professional wellness environment.

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• CPR Certification preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment; proficiency with spa and hotel systems including Book4Time, BirchStreet, Opera, and HotSOS, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Canva.
