A bit about us:
We are working with a well-established Chicago-based business law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its litigation practice.
The firm represents businesses, entrepreneurs, shareholders, executives, and other clients in sophisticated commercial disputes throughout Illinois and beyond. Its litigation attorneys regularly appear in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and appellate proceedings, handling matters involving contract disputes, business torts, shareholder disagreements, fraud, fiduciary duty claims, and complex business litigation.

Why join us?
• Sophisticated Commercial Litigation: Work on a broad range of complex business disputes involving contracts, shareholders, fraud, fiduciary duties, real estate, insurance, and other commercial matters.
• Experienced Trial Attorneys: Collaborate with accomplished commercial litigators with extensive state and federal court experience.
• Meaningful Responsibility: Opportunity to take ownership of substantive litigation work and develop greater independence in case management.
• Diverse Client Base: Represent businesses and clients across a variety of industries and commercial sectors.
• Boutique Firm Environment: Enjoy the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients in a smaller, established Chicago law firm.
• Long-Term Career Development: Build your litigation practice, expand your client relationships, and continue developing your skills in a business-focused legal environment.
