Accountabilities
• Lead client engagements with healthcare executives, including CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CFOs, department chairs, and recruitment and credentialing leaders, to understand strategic priorities and define relevant analytical solutions.
• Facilitate collaborative discovery and design sessions with current and prospective clients, both virtually and in person, to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable analytical projects.
• Leverage AI-powered tools, including Claude, alongside specialized clinical workforce data connectors, to conduct analyses, test hypotheses, and develop high-quality deliverables such as reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and interactive tools.
• Deliver strategic insights across key healthcare workforce topics, including provider market supply and demand, physician recruitment targets, recruitment feasibility, competitor analysis, provider alignment, attrition risks, succession planning, and service-line growth opportunities.
• Review and validate all analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance, maintaining high standards of analytical rigor and executive-level presentation quality.
• Develop and continuously refine AI prompts, analytical templates, workflows, and methodologies to improve efficiency and create a reusable library of successful analyses and solutions.
• Gather market intelligence by identifying the strategic questions healthcare executives prioritize, evaluating which insights deliver the greatest value, understanding willingness to pay, and identifying gaps in available data or product capabilities.
• Communicate structured findings and recommendations to the product team, including emerging use cases, customer feedback, analytical quality improvements, and opportunities for product development.
• Support sales and customer success activities through product demonstrations, executive discussions, client presentations, and engagement scoping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer insights inform the continuous improvement of workforce intelligence products and services.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with senior executives and answer strategic business questions using healthcare claims, provider, and market data.
• Background in healthcare analytics, management consulting, or advisory services, ideally within a healthcare data and analytics company, consulting firm, or health system strategy or planning department.
• Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights, including the preparation and delivery of executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider markets, including physician recruitment and retention, workforce supply and demand, service-line strategy, referral patterns, and provider alignment dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data quality, identify meaningful patterns, distinguish reliable findings from misleading conclusions, and make sound recommendations.
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with experience experimenting with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to improve analytical processes, develop workflows, or automate tasks.
• Curiosity and a hands-on approach to AI adoption, including an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of large language models. A software engineering background is not required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and executive presence to facilitate working sessions and present complex findings to C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, initiative, adaptability, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Paid parental and family leave.
• Wellness and fitness stipend to support employee well-being.
