JM Pet Resort & Veterinary Clinic

JM Pet Resort & Veterinary Clinic is built around the belief that animals and the people who care for them deserve more than convenience. They deserve a true partner in their lifelong journey together.

Our 360º of Happy Health® model is a proprietary philosophy that goes beyond a list of service offerings. We’ve created a truly holistic approach to pet care where every element of a pet’s health and happiness is considered in relation to the whole. This system integrates Veterinary Medicine, Positive Motivation-Based Dog Training, Spa Grooming Services, Luxury Boarding, and Pet Nutrition Consultation services, all delivered by a team of specialists within each discipline.

We believe exceptional pet care is borne from collaboration, and that philosophy shapes everything from how we treat our clients to how we build our team.

Our team members are the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to being the best place for animal lovers to build careers in pet care - fostering a culture of recognition, growth, and genuine collaboration.

We believe in empowering our people to do their best work, supporting their professional development goals, and creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, respected, and valued.

We're proud of what we've built here, and we're not done yet! If you're driven by the same beliefs and you want to be part of this mission, there's a place for you here.

We'd love to have you join us.
