ABOUT JAQUE BETHKE DESIGN
Jaque Bethke Design (JAQUE) is a luxury interior design and design-build firm known for bold creativity, distinctive spaces, and an uncompromising commitment to design excellence.
With projects spanning luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality environments, JAQUE is expanding its national presence, developing new partnerships, and creating immersive showroom experiences.
We are looking for an experienced, highly creative, and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms, print materials, events, and sales initiatives.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys transforming ambitious ideas into exceptional finished products.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Specialist will lead the day-to-day execution of JAQUE's organic marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, branded collateral, sales presentations, award submissions, and event support.
This is a hands-on creative and operational role, not simply a position overseeing outside agencies or coordinating projects. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design capabilities, excellent communication skills, technical marketing knowledge, and the ability to independently develop polished, on-brand deliverables.
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with JAQUE's leadership, sales team, and external PR and marketing partners to ensure all marketing initiatives are cohesive, organized, and executed to the highest standard.
Our external agency partners provide strategic support in areas including paid advertising, creative direction, public relations, and campaign production. This role will focus primarily on organic marketing, content execution, brand materials, and internal marketing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Marketing & Creative Production
- Develop and execute marketing materials that reflect JAQUE's luxury positioning and distinctive creative identity.
- Design high-quality brochures, lookbooks, presentations, signage, invitations, promotional materials, and branded collateral.
- Independently manage creative projects from initial concept through final production, including preparing print-ready artwork.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, messaging, typography, imagery, and visual presentation across all channels.
- Coordinate production, ordering, timelines, and quality control across 11+ print and promotional vendors.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-assisted creative tools to improve efficiency and elevate creative output.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Own and manage JAQUE's organic social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create compelling content, including graphics, captions, short-form videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content consistently while maintaining JAQUE's brand voice and visual standards.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and direct messages, coordinating appropriate responses.
- Track organic social media performance, audience growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with external marketing partners to align organic content with broader brand campaigns.
Website & Digital Marketing
- Maintain and update JAQUE's WordPress website, hosted on SiteGround.
- Manage website content, project galleries, photography, team information, announcements, and landing pages.
- Ensure website content remains current, visually polished, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support SEO initiatives through optimized content, image management, and coordination with external specialists.
- Identify website content improvements and coordinate technical updates with appropriate partners.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Partner with the sales and leadership teams to create compelling pitch decks, proposals, project portfolios, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Develop customized marketing collateral for prospective clients, strategic partners, and business development opportunities.
- Ensure sales materials remain accurate, current, organized, and consistent with JAQUE's brand.
- Support CRM organization, contact updates, and marketing-related activity tracking in Pipedrive, with the potential for a future transition to GoHighLevel.
- Assist with marketing initiatives supporting showroom launches, new partnerships, and market expansion.
Awards, Public Relations & Media Coordination
- Manage the annual awards submission calendar, coordinating approximately 318 award entries across relevant design, architecture, and industry programs.
- Organize submission requirements, deadlines, project descriptions, photography, supporting materials, and application deliverables.
- Work closely with JAQUE's external PR partners to provide project information, imagery, biographies, marketing assets, and other requested materials.
- Support press opportunities, editorial features, interviews, and media-related deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of award submissions, recognition, press coverage, and marketing accomplishments.
Events, Trade Shows & Brand Experiences
- Coordinate marketing logistics and branded materials for approximately five hosted events and trade shows annually.
- Support event preparation, invitations, promotional materials, signage, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist with marketing initiatives for JAQUE's Scottsdale and Montana showroom experiences.
- Coordinate content capture and marketing deliverables for industry events, client projects, and company initiatives.
- Travel occasionally to Montana, Los Angeles, trade shows, and other locations as business needs require.
Marketing Operations & Asset Management
- Maintain organized digital libraries of photography, video, design files, presentations, and other brand assets.
- Establish consistent file naming, storage, and version-control practices across shared drives.
- Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside partners to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Maintain marketing calendars, production schedules, and project trackers.
- Provide regular updates on marketing initiatives, progress, deadlines, and organic performance metrics.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, creative production, and marketing effectiveness.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and carry projects from concept through completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
- Willingness to work full-time, in-office in Scottsdale, Arizona, with occasional business travel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in luxury interior design, architecture, luxury real estate, hospitality, or another premium consumer-facing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience working with luxury brands and understanding high-end visual presentation and brand positioning.
- Familiarity with SiteGround, basic SEO practices, and website content optimization.
