Warehouse Lead JANUS et Cie | Santa Fe Springs, CA | Full-Time | Pay Range $25-$27
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead to guide our picking and packing team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will make sure every order is picked accurately, packed efficiently, and protected well so it arrives damage-free.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead and support the packing team by setting clear expectations, planning the work, and pitching in where needed
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and share them with the team
- Build schedules, assign responsibilities, and keep workflow moving
- Track and coordinate all orders, including frames, cushions, glass, and special orders
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, spot inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
- Train new warehouse team members
- Keep facility equipment properly maintained
- Enforce safety guidelines and company standards
- Partner with other departments, outside vendors, and colleagues at every level of the organization
WHAT YOU BRING:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of experience leading a warehouse or production team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work any shift as needed
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
