This role supports order fulfillment, material handling, and safe warehouse operations. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced yard environment. ________________________________________ Essential Functions Operate a chainsaw safely and efficiently for extended periods to complete precise material cuts. Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents. Prepare and maintain accurate records of materials received, processed, and distributed. Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift or other approved equipment safely. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas according to product specifications. Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare materials for shipment. Keep designated work areas stocked, organized and clean. Use banding, shrink wrap, and other packaging equipment as required. Follow and comply with all company procedures and state and federal safety regulations. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support IWPs Vision, advance its Mission, and uphold the Organizations Values. Requirements Qualifications and Experience Forklift experience required; minimum one (1) year preferred.
