International School of Texas

The International School of Texas (IST) was founded in 2013 by a group of visionary parents who sought to create an innovative, dynamic learning environment that would challenge, inspire, and nurture their children. They envisioned a school where curiosity meets courage - where students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while preparing to lead in an ever-evolving global landscape.

As an IB World School, currently in the Diploma Programme authorization process, IST offers the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP), providing a rigorous, inquiry-based education that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and leadership. With small class sizes and an outstanding student-to-teacher ratio, we personalize learning experiences, ensuring each student is engaged, supported, and challenged.

At IST, we integrate STEM, world languages, the arts, and athletics, ensuring a balanced and holistic education. Our hands-on, real-world approach empowers students to innovate, collaborate, and problem-solve - preparing them not just for the future but to shape it.

Our campus, nestled in the rolling Texas Hill Country in Bee Cave, serves students from age 3 through high school, providing an inspiring setting for exploration, discovery, and growth.

Come see what it means to be a Trailblazer!
