This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects, maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities 1. Supervise and lead a crew of 1 Team member in Kitchen Hood and Dryer Exhaust cleaning projects. 2. Ensure projects and assignments are completed on time and meet quality standards. 3. Motivate and manage staff to achieve optimal performance. 4. Must be able to travel on overnight jobs for anywhere between 1 to 5 days out of the week. 5. Travel as required to various job sites, both day and night required. 6. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications 1. Valid Driver's License. 2. Must Have a REAL ID - Red Star on the right of your name 3. Must be able to work a rotating shift - job consists of 80% second and third shift and 20% mornings 4. Some management or supervisory experience. 5. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including night shifts. 6. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Compensation Rate Per Hour: $25 - $200 per day
