Integrated Medical Group is growing! Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Minersville and Pine Grove teams. We are looking for friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionists to be the first smile our patients see and an important part of our team. Responsibilities May Include 1. Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression 2. Check patients in and out efficiently 3. Answer and triage phone calls 4. Schedule and confirm appointments 5. Verify insurance, collect copays, and process payments 6. Update patient demographics and insurance information 7. Maintain accurate patient records in MEDENT EMR 8. Communicate patient messages to clinical staff 9. Assist with referral processing and follow-up 10. Support clinical staff and providers as needed 11. Perform other administrative duties to support the office We're Looking for Someone Who 1. Has a strong work ethic and is dependable 2. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask 4. Works well in a fast-paced environment 5. Is compassionate and professional with patients 6. Has strong attendance and a team-player attitude Experience & Opportunities 1. Previous front desk or medical office experience is a plus 2.
