Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives - including cloud migrations, network modernizations, and data center operations. You will manage end-to-end project execution, drive a culture where dates matter, and act as the primary bridge between technical engineering teams, executive stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Sheppard projects, IT co-workers & clients through IT project life cycle
- Create and follow up on communication plans for each project
- Coordinate with the IT organization and with each impacted plant to identify, prioritize, and manage projects and technology tasks
- Develop, present, and lead project planning efforts including risks/issues, requirements definition, technical design, system documentation, user training, and production delivery while coordinating and communicating with business and technical resources
- Manage the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle ensuring appropriate documentation and processes to ensure compliance
- Host and facilitate regular meetings with business and technical resources for status updates, requirements definition, technical design, architectural reviews, demand management, and audit review
- Maintain appropriate status reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up with business partners and technical resources
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
