Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to lead a unified web and mobile product experience. This person will own the roadmap and backlog while helping drive a major mobile application rebuild through launch. This person will partner closely with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and business stakeholders to prioritize features, conduct customer discovery, manage competing priorities, and deliver a consistent experience across web and mobile. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with enough technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams and drive products from strategy through launch.
Skills and Requirements
8+ years of product management experience Direct ownership of both consumer-facing web and mobile products Proven experience shipping digital products from roadmap through launch Strong backlog, roadmap, and sprint-prioritization experience Experience conducting customer discovery and stakeholder interviews Ability to maintain a consistent user experience across web, iOS, and Android Technical fluency working with backend, mobile, design, engineering, and QA teams Experience managing conflicting priorities and aligning cross-functional stakeholders Ability to define and track product success metrics Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable backlog-management platform Experience rebuilding or modernizing a consumer-facing mobile application Experience supporting a shared-codebase or cross-platform mobile environment Familiarity with React Native, Kotlin, or similar mobile technologies Experience with Aha! for product roadmaps Experience with booking, reservation, itinerary, or conversion-focused workflows Travel, hospitality, vacation ownership, or timeshare industry experience Experience translating web-first features into a cohesive mobile experience Experience partnering with analytics teams on engagement, booking conversion, and feature-adoption reporting Familiarity with chatbot or itinerary-builder products
