Job Description
AT&T FirstNet is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support go-to-market planning and operational execution across FirstNet product initiatives.
This individual will partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive product launches from initial scope and requirements through operational readiness and launch. The PM will own project execution, manage dependencies and deliverables, identify gaps and risks, and hold cross-functional workstream owners accountable to committed timelines.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with a process-oriented and customer-experience mindset. This person should naturally ask questions, think several steps ahead, understand upstream and downstream dependencies, and proactively identify what each team needs to successfully deliver.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required. The team is looking for someone with demonstrated project experience who can quickly learn FirstNet products, processes, and AT&T-specific systems.
