Job Description
An employer in Amarillo, TX is looking for a Construction Logistics Coordinator to join the onsite team. This individual will serve as the primary Logistics and Materials Coordinator supporting active data center and critical infrastructure construction projects. They will be responsible for ensuring critical equipment, CDU systems, construction materials, and long-lead infrastructure components are available and delivered in alignment with project schedules and construction milestones. On a daily basis, this person will coordinate material planning, shipment tracking, warehouse inventory visibility, delivery schedules, and material readiness activities across multiple concurrent construction projects. They will work directly with developers, general contractors, onsite logistics teams, warehouse partners, vendors, and project stakeholders to understand material availability, shipment status, upcoming deliveries, and potential supply chain constraints that may impact construction progress. This individual will serve as the central coordination point between construction, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and project teams to ensure materials are delivered in the correct sequence and at the appropriate time to support uninterrupted construction activities. The coordinator will partner closely with logistics, procurement, and material planning teams to identify material shortages, escalate availability risks, prioritize critical deliveries, and accelerate constrained or custom equipment when necessary. They will proactively identify schedule risks, track material constraints, coordinate stakeholders, and drive resolution efforts before issues impact project timelines. Success in this role requires strong experience supporting large-scale data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure construction projects, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a background in construction logistics, supply chain coordination, or material management and understands how equipment and materials flow from procurement through delivery, warehousing, and installation within complex critical infrastructure environments.
