Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments. -Hands-on experience supporting Azure-based environments. -Strong experience with: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Endpoint management, Virtual workstations and desktop infrastructure -Azure administration and troubleshooting -Experience with scripting and automation (language-flexible; PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.). -Experience supporting cloud deployments and operational workloads. -Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. -Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and technical teams. -Experience managing and supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure environments.

-Experience with Nerdio for cloud deployment and management. -Experience supporting: Datto, EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) solutions, RMM/CDM tools, Arctic Wolf security platforms -Azure networking experience. -Cloud security experience, including security monitoring, threat detection, and access controls. -Background as a Windows Infrastructure Engineer who transitioned into Azure engineering. -Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.). -Experience working in Managed Services (MSP) environments supporting multiple customers.

We are seeking an experienced Azure Engineer to join a growing infrastructure and cloud operations team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and optimizing cloud environments, virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint management, and enterprise systems administration.

Responsibilities
-Support and maintain cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure environments. -Administer and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. -Manage and troubleshoot Windows endpoints, workstations, and enterprise devices. -Configure, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions. -Perform systems administration and support activities across Windows-based environments. -Investigate and resolve infrastructure, performance, and connectivity issues. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications and services. -Assist with security, compliance, patching, and system health initiatives. -Monitor cloud resources and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. -Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.
