Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience -5+ years of project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or similar experience -3+ years working directly within Agile/Scrum environments -Experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams -Hands-on experience leading Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog-related activities -Strong understanding of Agile principles -Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Agile Project Manager who will support multiple concurrent digital transformation initiatives, helping teams successfully implement and operate within Agile ways of working. This person will lead Scrum ceremonies, coordinate priorities and dependencies, track project health, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and leadership. A major focus will be helping teams understand the “why” behind Agile, keeping stakeholders informed, and connecting project delivery back to measurable business value and ROI. The role will manage roughly three initiatives at a time and requires someone who can take ownership with limited direction. Experience documenting with Azure DevOps (ADO) and exposure to AI implementations or rollouts is preferred for this role. Pay rate- $65/hr.
