Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field and 8 years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Technical Engineer, or a closely related occupation. Alternatively requires 10 years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Technical Engineer, or a closely related occupation. Also requires 5 years of experience with BoardFree® LED manufacturing technology and associated manufacturing processes; illuminated sill plate for automotive; extruded light guide for automotive; laser, molding, and extrusion technologies; Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs); infrared heating; electrical circuit design; and precision optics design and manufacturing.
