Preventative & Reactive Maintenance Installation & Setup Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Engineering Support & Optimization Documentation & Compliance Data Analysis Associate's degree or equivalent in Military Experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field). 1-3 years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment engineering technician role. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, troubleshooting, calibration, and Mil standard knowledge. Basic problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Basic Microsoft Skills, Word, Excel, Email Critical Thinking ability, Risk taking, out of the box thinker. Experience with Digital Multimeters, Digital Voltmeter, Oscilloscopes, Amp Meters, Leak Detectors etc. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
