Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) has a rich history as we were formed by a combination of the founding companies that pioneered case management services when Indiana’s waiver program was established in the early 1990s. As the largest case management organization in Indiana providing person-centered services, we hold about 50% of the market and provide robust support to Individuals. What sets us apart is our unique employee ownership model, fostering a culture of care and accountability throughout our organization.

Providing personalized support to Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those facing health or medical challenges, is our priority.
