Job Description
TITLE: Technical Manager
COMPANY: Incedo, Inc.
DUTIES: Incedo, Inc. is seeking a Technical Manager for our Florham Park location. Responsibilities include: Resource Management, including mentoring multiple specialized teams to coordinate efforts to align teams with overall business strategy while ensuring each group maintains its technical excellence; Engaging with customer leadership, including maintaining oversight of Incedo Lighthouse development efforts, refining technical and functional roadmaps and ensuring products evolve in alignment with customer needs; Project Management, including directing the end-to-end design and delivery of complex ML and AI projects while utilizing agile methodologies to manage sprints, roadmaps and deliverables; and Skill Management, including conducting research on the latest advancements in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI operationalization, evaluating and experimenting with innovative technologies to improve existing offerings.
REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Experience must include: AI Solution Architect (role alignment / experience); with the banking domain and key Lines of Business (LOBs), including Credit Cards and Mortgages; Python programming; ML solution design and architecture; building Generative AI applications; Hands-on experience with streaming technologies (Apache Spark, Spark Streaming, Kafka); with distributed data processing and big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Hive); Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices; cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) and MLOps pipelines; model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management; data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines, data quality); vector databases and retrieval-based systems (RAG architectures); and containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Telecommuting permitted when not at a client site.
OTHER: Job Site: Florham Park, NJ; 40 hours/week; $260,000/year; Standard company benefits. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
