JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Caregiver, you\'ll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: -Providing companionship and emotional support. -Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication support and community access/errands. -Support consumer participation in programming whether residentially, through Day Service participation, or within the community. -Maintain professional conduct at all times, act as a role models and teachers for consumers and peers. -Accurately follow schedules for coverage, programming of the consumers, and agency activities. -Ensuring a safe fun and comfortable environment for our clients as they strive to meet their personal personal and life goals. -Communicating effectively with clients and team members to meet individual needs.
