Material Services-1st shift IB-Tech is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Material Services team member to support daily manufacturing operations. This role helps ensure materials are received, tracked, and delivered where they’re needed to keep production running efficiently. Pay starting @ $16.85 with raises @ 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year ($19.89) Education & Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant, job-specific experience.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Plex or other ERP systems preferred.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain 5S standards and workplace organization.
- Manage warehouse operations and material control for imported and domestic materials.
- Oversee all cycle counts at Warehouse #2 and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate daily manpower assignments.
- Manage receiving operations, FIFO material pulling, and pass-through inventory control.
- Coordinate return trailers in transit to IBT.
- Oversee returnable container control and shipments to Japan.
- Identify and resolve operational issues within assigned responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Complete required training in accordance with IB-Tech’s training matrix and applicable ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
