Management main duties and responsibilities:
- Operating cash register efficiently and accurately, ensuring all moneys received are correctly registered.
- To serve customers courteously and efficiently.
- Baking, stocking, cleaning, organizing efficiently
- Positive attitude with team members. Willingness to be a team player and tackle challenges as they come.
- Taking inventory
- Control spoilage and keep operation costs low
- Manage and control Labor costs by analyzing financial goals and weekly trends.
- All other appropriate duties when required by supervisors/owners.
