Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes, LLC is a leading modular home manufacturer base in Selinsgrove, PA. We specialize in creating high-quality, custom modular components that meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design. We are seeking a skilled carpenter for our ceiling building/setting department. In this role, you will be responsible for building and setting in place the ceilings of our modular components. Essential Duties: 1. Lay and cut drywall out according to prints 2. Install pre-cut framing lumber and rafter gusseting system 3. Build framed out joists for stairways and light boxes 4. Layout and build knee walls 5. Install drywall seam covers, interior wall and omit blocks 6. Install rafters into gusseting system 7. Apply blocking onto rafters for knee walls and complete gable end overhangs 8. Caulk around exterior walls 9. Set ceiling into place and fasten to walls 10. Complete metal strapping as needed 11. Measure and fasten interior walls Qualifications: 1. Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder and work at heights 2. Ability to perform physical labor in a production setting 3. Ability to read construction drawing and blueprints 4. Skilled in operation of circular saws, miter saws and framing nailers 5. Understand lumber grades and dimensions Benefits: 1.
