Associate Chiropractor - Your Launchpad to a Bigger Chiropractic Career
Hunter Wellness Center | Warrensville Heights, OHFull-Time | Monday–Thursday | $84,000–$140,000/year
You Didn't Go to Chiropractic School to Just Get a Job.
You went to school to become a great chiropractor.
Now you need the right environment to turn that education into confidence, clinical skill, and a career with serious upside.
Hunter Wellness Center is looking for an Associate Chiropractor who is hungry to learn, coachable, ambitious, and wants to build something bigger than a typical associate position.
If you're coming out of school and wondering:
"How do I actually become excellent at this?"How do I build a patient following?"How does a successful practice really grow?"Could I own my own practice someday?"
We can help you answer those questions.
A Strong Start Can Change Your Entire Career
The first few years after graduation matter.
You can take a job where you're given a schedule, told what to do, and expected to figure the rest out yourself.
Or you can surround yourself with experienced doctors, a proven team, established systems, and real mentorship-and compress your learning curve.
At Hunter Wellness Center, you'll have the opportunity to learn, treat, lead, and grow inside an established practice without immediately taking on the financial risk and overhead of ownership.
You'll learn not only how to take care of patients, but how to become the kind of doctor patients trust, refer to their friends and family, and continue seeing for years.
What Makes This Different?
You get mentorship-not just a job.
You'll work alongside experienced chiropractors who can help you develop your clinical confidence, communication skills, patient management abilities, and understanding of practice growth.
You get exposure to modern treatment protocols.
Our approach goes beyond simply adjusting patients. You'll gain experience with treatment strategies and technologies including:
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Corrective and rehabilitative care
- Patient education and wellness strategies
- Spinal decompression
- Shockwave therapy
- Knee decompression
- Flexion-distraction tables
You'll see a wide variety of cases and learn how experienced doctors evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
You get to learn the business.
If your long-term goal is practice ownership, you shouldn't have to learn everything by making expensive mistakes.
As an associate, you'll have the opportunity to learn about:
- Patient acquisition
- Patient retention
- Case management
- Communication and consultations
- Referrals
- Community outreach
- Workshops and events
- Team leadership
- Patient flow and systems
- Practice culture
- Revenue and practice-growth principles
You learn how to grow a practice before you have to risk your own money growing one.
We Want an A-Player
This isn't the position for someone who simply wants to clock in, adjust patients, and go home.
We're looking for someone who is hungry.
Someone who wants to become exceptional.
Someone who asks questions.
Someone who wants feedback.
Someone who takes ownership.
Someone who wants to become a better doctor every month.
You don't need to know everything when you graduate.
You do need to be willing to learn.
What You'll Get
- $84,000–$140,000/year earning potential
- Paid malpractice
- PTO
- Relocation assistance
- Monthly health benefits stipend
- Continuing education
- Bonus opportunities
- Structured mentorship/apprenticeship

More Than Clinical Training
We want to help you develop into a complete chiropractor.
That means learning how to confidently evaluate patients, communicate your recommendations, deliver excellent care, monitor outcomes, and build relationships.
But it also means understanding what happens outside the treatment room.
The doctors who thrive long-term understand both clinical excellence and business fundamentals.
Our mentorship is designed to expose you to both.
