Hunter Quinn Homes

Hunter Quinn Homes is a privately owned homebuilder founded and headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, with operations across the Carolinas and Florida. Since 2010, we’ve focused on delivering a better homebuilding experience - one built on relationships, expertise, and a deep understanding of what today’s buyers value most. Our work reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer care.

In addition to residential development, we have grown to meet the needs of SFR operators throughout the Southeast. Hunter Quinn Homes has executed on large, purpose-built rental communities with the same precision, innovation, and record of achievement as the single-family homes. Our efforts have contributed to the company’s growth rate in excess of 600% over a six-year-period.

HQH has earned inclusion 5 times on the INC 5000 List, as well as 3 times on the list of “Fastest Growing Companies in South Carolina”. We’re proud to have earned the Builder of Choice Award for 2020 by the Charleston Builders Association, and the 2021 Best Customer Experience Award for both the Southeast and the United States.

We believe that success is not a numbers game, but measured by the quality of our partnerships and the value and experience that we provide our clients.

Excellence. Without Exception.
