HTSS is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a full-time, 3rd shift opportunities! This is a great position for someone with previous manufacturing or machine operating experience who is looking for steady daytime hours and a long-term opportunity. This is located in Bethlehem. ## ## What You'll Do 1. Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery 2. Make adjustments to equipment as needed 3. Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency 4. Perform basic troubleshooting and identify equipment issues 5. Inspect finished products for quality 6. Complete production documentation accurately 7. Maintain a clean and safe work area 8. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures 9. Work closely with production and maintenance team members ## ## What We're Looking For 1. Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred 2. Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills 3. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment 4. Strong attention to detail and quality 5. Dependable attendance and punctuality 6. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position 7. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team 8.
